How to operate a mixing pump truck

1.Before starting the mixer truck, the operating handle of the mixer should be placed in the "stop" position.

2.Mixers after starting the engine, mixing barrel should be brought under the low-speed rotation about 10 minutes, the hydraulic oil temperature rise to more than 20 ℃ rear can work.

3.When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the stirring tube should be reversed before loading, and the water and debris should be discharged to ensure the quality of concrete.

4.When transporting concrete, the mixer should make sure that the skid is placed firmly, so as to avoid shaking due to loose, hurting pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles.

5. When loading the concrete mixed by the mixer truck, the rotation speed of the mixer cylinder is 2-10 RPM. During the transportation, the rotation speed of the mixer cylinder on the flat road shall be guaranteed to be 2-3 RPM. When driving on a road with a gradient of more than 50, or a road with large left-right shaking, the stirring rotation shall be stopped, and the stirring rotation shall be resumed after the road condition is improved.

6. The delivery time of concrete in the concrete mixer truck shall not exceed the time specified in the mixing station.During the transportation of concrete, the mixing tube shall not be suspended for a long time to prevent segregation of concrete.The driver should always observe the concrete situation, report the abnormal situation to the dispatch room in time, and apply for processing.

7. When concrete is installed in the mixer truck, it shall not be held at the site for more than 1 hour. In case of overtime, the person in charge of the site shall be required to deal with it in a timely manner.

8. The concrete collapse degree of the mixer truck shall not be lower than 8cm.From the time the concrete is poured into the tank to the time of discharge, the high temperature shall not exceed 2 hours, and the low temperature shall not exceed 2.5 hours in rainy weather.

9. Before discharging the concrete, make the mixing tube rotate for 1 minute at a speed of 10-12 RPM before discharging the material.

10. 12. After the mixer truck has finished its work, the inner part of the mixing cylinder and the body shall be cleaned, and the remaining concrete shall not be left in the cylinder.

13. When the mixer truck is working on the pump, no idling and no more than 15 minutes for continuous use.

14. The water capacity of the water tank of the concrete mixer truck should be kept full for emergency use. After stopping the tank in winter, the water in the water tank, water pump, water pipe and mixing tank should be discharged, and the mixer truck should be placed in a place towards the sun without accumulated water, so as to avoid freezing the machine.

15. In winter, the mixer truck should be timely installed with the heat insulation, protected by the anti-freeze solution, and the fuel label should be changed according to the weather to ensure the normal use of the machine.

16. When inspecting and repairing the hydraulic transmission part of the mixer truck, the engine and hydraulic pump should be carried out without pressure.

17. When adjusting the gap, travel and pressure between different parts of the concrete mixer truck, the full-time safety officer shall check and agree;The change of the parts must be signed by the minister or the manager in charge, otherwise the relevant personnel will be held responsible after the problem occurs.
