Maintenance of the pumping part of concrete pump truck

1. The oil quality and oil level of the hydraulic oil shall be checked every 8 hours during the operation of the pump truck. If necessary, it shall be supplemented and replaced. The newly added hydraulic oil must be the same as the oil mark in the oil tank. The hydraulic oil injected into the pump truck is esso H46. In general, 20,000 cubic meters of concrete  be pumped or used for half a year， the oil should be completely replaced once， the oil tank must be cleaned when changing the oil, and the oil tanks at all parts must be discharged;

2. The oil level of the lubricating oil shall be checked every 8 hours when the pump truck is in operation. It is recommended to use non-extreme pressure type semi-fluid lithium base grease. When pumping, the concrete cylinder shall be connected with the water tank, The s-tube bearing pedestal and mixing end seat should have oil overflow.

3. After pumping 3000 cubic meters, the pump truck should adjust the gap between the eyeglass plate and cutting ring. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced immediately.Check the concrete ring should be well sealed, no mortar infiltration into the water tank;

4. After 500 hours of use, the pump truck should check the wear status of the position of S pipe and S pipe bearing, and replace the axle sleeve and cone sleeve if necessary;

5. Check the vacuum gauge of the oil suction filter of the pump truck. If the position of the vacuum gauge pointer reaches the red area (over 0.04Mpa), the filter element must be replaced.

6. All systems must be checked when starting up， to check whether the system pressure is normal and whether the hydraulic system leaks;
