Use of hydraulic oil in concrete pump trucks

Cleaning is an important task in hydraulic system maintenance. Regular cleaning can ensure that the system is free of dust, dirt and other particles.
Each tiny particle will cause abnormal operation of the valve body and main pump and block the pipeline. Before adding new oil to the oil tank, the oil should be taken out of the barrel and the hydraulic oil should be allowed to settle for a while. The oil should not be pumped from the barrel. It is best to filter the oil through the filter before injecting it into the oil tank. The oil tank cap must be cleaned before opening, and the same applies to other containers.
When using hydraulic oil, pay attention to the following matters:
1) The same concrete equipment should use the hydraulic oil of the brand recommended by the manufacturer, and other brands should not be used, let alone mixing two brands.
2) The hydraulic oil temperature should be controlled between 35 and 60℃.
3) The oil level should be above 3/4 of the oil level gauge.
4) The oil color should be transparent with light yellow. If it is contaminated, turbid or emulsified, it should be replaced.
5) The quality of hydraulic oil has a great impact on the equipment. Generally, the oil should be completely changed once every 10,000 m³ of pumping, and the oil tank and filter element should be cleaned. If the oil is found to be discolored, turbid or emulsified, it should be replaced in time.
Before changing the hydraulic oil, the following operations must be performed:
1) Turn off the remote control.
2) Turn off the hydraulic pump.
3) Completely reduce the hydraulic oil pressure.
4) Check the contaminant indicator on the ventilation filter of the hydraulic oil tank. When it is a red detection ring, the ventilation filter element must be replaced.
5) Release the accumulator pressure, turn off the engine, remove the key and cut off the power supply. Ensure the safety of the work area and place the corresponding notices and equipment.
