How to handle slow Boom action of concrete pump truck

Applicable equipment type: all concrete pump trucks.

Fault phenomenon: domestic cantilever crane, tribrachia movement is slow, with the increase of oil temperature speed further reduced.

System analysis:The cantilever crane movement is driven by the cantilever crane hydraulic system. The cantilever crane movement speed is determined by the flow in and out of the arm frame oil cylinder.

Troubleshooting:

When the cantilever crane moves slowly, the following steps can be followed to check

1. Check whether the working pressure is normal, and if the working pressure is too high or the holding pressure is lower than the set value, the cantilever crane moves slowly;

2. If the working pressure is basically normal, try to increase the overflow valve pressure;

3. If there is no significant change in the phenomenon.Then remove the balance valve and check whether the balance valve is stuck.

4. As there is no sliding rod phenomenon when the cantilever crane works in various positions, internal leakage of oil cylinder is denied;

5. Considering the cantilever crane pump, since the working pressure is basically normal, the pump failure is not considered;

6. Check the multi-way valve, and find that the tribrachia valve plate has a high fever, and the phenomenon changes significantly after water cooling.

Replace the tribrachia disc troubleshooting.
