Tightening of concrete pump truck connectors

1. Regularly check the connection bolts, tightening screws, nuts, pin shafts and other loose.If loose, tighten with a torque wrench according to the torque provided in the table below.

2. In particular, the bolts supported by the rotary support bear a large alternating load, so every few hours after work, the original pre-tightening torque will be lost.Torque wrenches must be used regularly to check the bolt's pre-tightening torque.The arm rest must be placed on the bracket to check the pre-tightening torque in order to eliminate the axial force on the rotating support.The new boom pump must be inspected after 100 working hours, and every 500 hours thereafter.

3. When tightening, the bolt cannot have pretension stress, so the boom must be folded and closed and kept in a vertical position.When tightening the bolts on the turntable one by one, be sure to lock and tighten the nuts.It needs to be emphasized that high strength bolts removed due to structural repair, as well as damaged connection bolts due to fatigue, cannot be reused, and new grade connection bolts should be adopted for re-assembly.
