The cylinder pushes the conveying cylinder, one sucks and the other delivers, and the concrete is pumped out.

The concrete mixing pump is composed of a professional equipment device that combines concrete mixing and pumping. The component structure mainly includes hydraulic system, operating mechanism, mixing device, reducer, cleaning system, etc. The working principle is to take out the power of the engine through the power take-off device, drive the variable pump of the hydraulic system, convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and transmit it to the quantitative motor, and the motor drives the reducer, which drives the mixing drum device to mix the tank concrete, and then use the conveying system to pump the concrete.

The mixing drum is a loading container for concrete. During the feeding and transportation process, the mixing drum rotates forward and the concrete moves inward along the blades. When discharging, the mixing drum rotates in the opposite direction and the concrete is discharged outward along the blades.
