If the valve on the gearbox is blocked by debris, dirt and other dirty foreign matter, the water vapor in the gearbox cannot be discharged, which will seriously affect the working state of the gearbox, the lubrication performance and transmission power will be reduced, and the clutch disc will be skidded.

The inability to discharge water vapor also leads to accelerated dilution of the oil in the gearbox, which further clogs the valve, creating a vicious cycle.The gearbox is a very important part in the body of the car. In case of failure, the pump can not complete normal operation.

Second, a hydraulic oil radiator is provided on the pump truck, excavator, transfer pump, pile driver and other construction machinery to cool down the oil temperature in the engine to ensure the normal operation of the main engine.

Generally, the concrete pump truck will have a hydraulic oil cooling fan, if not cleaned on time, the dirt will affect the fan cooling, resulting in the hydraulic oil heating.High temperature can cause deterioration of hydraulic oil and damage of sealing and colloidal tubing.In severe cases, leakage can also occur to reduce the viscosity of hydraulic oil, weaken the lubrication ability, damage seal.

Thirdly, when dust and debris cover the hydraulic oil tank, the injection-port waterproof valve will also be damaged, and the return oil filter assembly pressure gauges, tubing, walkway and other equipment will be covered by debris and the numerical scale can not be seen clearly, which will also affect the subsequent maintenance

If it is not cleaned in time, dust and debris will be brought into the oil tank when filling hydraulic oil and replacing tubing, resulting in the blockage of filter elements such as pressure oil and oil return, which will affect the oil supply of the oil pump, and the oil shortage for a long time will damage the oil pump.
