Routine Maintenance Standards for Concrete Pump Truck
Mar. 30, 2026
Daily Basic Inspection Standards
Hydraulic oil should be transparent, pale yellow, free of emulsification or cloudiness.
Fill the lubricating oil tank and all lubrication points with grease, and fill the water tank with clean water. Inspect the concrete piston for good sealing with no mortar leakage into the water tank. Check the clearance between the cutting ring and spectacle plate, which shall be normal (maximum clearance 2mm). Verify the operation of the lubrication system: the indicator rod of the progressive oil distributor should move back and forth, and lubricating oil should overflow from the S-tube rocker arm bearing and mixing shaft bearing. Check whether all electrical components function properly. Test the swing of the distribution valve and the forward/reverse operation of the mixing device for normal action. Clean the exterior of the cooler immediately if contaminated, otherwise it may cause overheating of the oil temperature.

- Maintenance After 50 Working Hours (1,500–2,500 m³)Perform all the above maintenance items.Check all bolt connections to ensure firm fastening.Inspect the piston rod connection in the water tank for reliable fastening.Verify the vacuum gauge reading and filter element condition.
- Maintenance After 100 Working Hours (3,500–5,000 m³)Perform all the above maintenance items.Check the wear of the spectacle plate and cutting ring; replace the cutting ring if necessary.Inspect the wear of the concrete piston and replace it if needed.Check for hydraulic oil deterioration or emulsification; if present, completely change the oil and thoroughly clean the oil tank.
- Maintenance After 500 Working Hours (15,000–25,000 m³)Perform all the above maintenance items.Check the wear of the S-tube and S-tube bearing.Inspect the wear of the mixing device, mixing blades, and mixing bearing.Check the hydraulic oil and replace it if necessary; new hydraulic oil must meet national standards. Under normal pumping conditions, replace hydraulic oil every 10,000 m³ pumped.Check the accumulator air pressure; the main accumulator charging pressure is 8–9MPa.Inspect the connections and welds of structural components.Check the oil level of the transfer case and replenish or change oil as needed.

- Maintenance After 750 Working HoursPerform all the above maintenance items.Check the wear of the concrete cylinder; replace it if the chrome plating layer is severely worn.Comprehensively commission the pump to ensure all performance parameters meet requirements.
