Prevent pump truck from spontaneous combustion

1. Regular inspect and maintain.Whether the fuel tank is leaking oil, whether the engine is hot, whether the electrical circuit is aging.Check whether the brake camshaft grease pipe is blocked.Note that the old grease must be cleaned before applying the new grease when the wheel hub is maintained.

2. The pump vehicle operator shall check whether the brake disc thickness of the braking system is too thin. If the brake disc is worn to a certain extent, it must be replaced. It should be noted that if the brake drum is worn too much, even the full thickness of the brake disc may cause the travel of the brake camshaft to be too long and lead to the death of the brake hoof.

3. The construction site must be equipped with adequate fire control equipment, which should be placed in the main parts of the construction site (site gate, access passageway, floor entrance and exit, storage room, workshop, etc.) and marked with eye-catching marks.

4. Strengthen the storage, transportation and use management of scene dangerous chemicals (mainly including gas cylinders, paint, gasoline, explosives, etc.).
