Hydraulic oil prevention and treatment
Jun. 18, 2025
In order to prevent oil emulsification, the first step is to prevent water from entering the hydraulic system, which requires us to pay attention to the following points when using and maintaining the equipment:
1. Timely discharge the water in the hydraulic oil, and it is recommended to open the water discharge valve at the lower part of the hydraulic oil tank once before each work. Don't underestimate this small action, and stick to it, which can greatly reduce the risk of hydraulic oil emulsification.Even if the hydraulic oil has been slightly emulsified, it can ease the further emulsification of the hydraulic oil.
2. Try to avoid changing oil in rainy days. If changing oil in rainy days, measures should be taken to prevent rainwater from entering the tank;If the equipment needs to be serviced in rainy days, make sure the tank and hydraulic system are waterproof.
3. Strengthen the maintenance process control of the hydraulic system:Hydraulic components by using "dry assembly method", namely the components after cleaning should be performed after the surface drying in assembly, in order to ensure that components of dry, need to adopt the clean and dry compressed air to blow dry parts, to be nice to have assembly of hydraulic components, such as no assembly, hydraulic components should be all oil mouth with plastic plug plug, prevent sundry into.
4. Regularly use the drain valve at the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank to release part of the hydraulic oil for inspection to check whether the color is normal and whether there are any impurities.
5. Replace the hydraulic oil timely according to the equipment operating instructions, and regularly clean the hydraulic oil tank and hydraulic system. When replacing the hydraulic oil, it is recommended to choose the large-brand hydraulic oil. Although the price is higher than the miscellaneous brand, the oil products and quality are very good.
