1. The piston

If the piston comes wear phenomenon, it will lead to the concrete cylinder wall and piston seal greatly reduced, and even appear the leakage problem.In addition, damage to the piston can affect the pumping capacity of the pump truck, as the concrete suction into the concrete cylinder decreases as the piston wears away.Piston general wear-resistant rubber, polyurethane, rubber and other materials, the diameter of the general than the cylinder diameter of 3-4mm.If excess concrete slurry is found in the tank, check to see if concrete pistons need to be replaced and if necessary.The piston lip should be pressed down first when replacing, and it should slide into the cylinder through one end of the cylinder.

2. The concrete cylinder

When the inner wall of the concrete pump cylinder is damaged, it should be taken out immediately for maintenance or by turning around.In order to facilitate the maintenance and replacement of the concrete cylinder, we can set a movable door cover at the bottom of the concrete hopper. The opening and closing of the movable door cover can be completed by the oil cylinder movement. Meanwhile, the concrete cylinder can also be pulled out from this open part.After adopting this new type of structure, it is changed that when replacing the concrete cylinder in the past, it is necessary to use the lifting equipment to lift it out for maintenance, which greatly reduces the labor intensity.

3. Distributing valve

It is well known that the component of distribution valve is not many, only a few main components.If the component of the distribution valve is damaged, the most reasonable and simple way is to replace the distribution valve directly in order to effectively improve the overall performance of the pump truck.Currently, there are three types of distribution valves, which are tubular swing valve, rotary valve and gate valve respectively. The application of rotary valve and gate valve is less, while swing valve is the most widely used, which is the current mainstream.The swing valve is mainly composed of S swing tube, cutting ring and eyeglass plate.

In order to greatly simplify the maintenance work, we generally adopt the structure type of cutting ring and glasses plate installed on the end of s-oscillating tube. Once there is wear, it will be replaced immediately.At the same time, special metal such as super hard metal materials can be used to surfacing and repairing the wear, reducing the number of wearing parts replacement and wear.

During the maintenance of the S swing valve, detailed inspection should be carried out on both ends of the valve body first.Because S swing tube valve in the process of work will continue to swing, resulting in severe wear.In order to extend elbow life of valve body and greatly reduce the number of replacement of valve body, we can install the thin movable face with higher hardness and replaceable at both ends of wear.
